Registration
Teachers, please fill out School Registration Form as soon as possible. Note that this form can include approximate numbers, with its main purpose being to collect the contact information for the schools/teachers/head delegates interested in attending VicMUN.
Delegates, please fill out the Delegate Registration Form starting December 8.​
Payment Information
​Teachers, please note that each school is required to make a single payment on behalf of all the delegates you will be sending. ​For example, a school sending three delegates would submit one payment of $180.
​
We can accept payment by cash or cheque.
Delegation invoices will be sent to teacher sponsors on a rolling basis, with the final invoices sent by February 16th. Payment must be received by February 21st.

Cheques must be addressed to “University of Victoria” with the memo line written “[School Name] VicMUN 2026”. The information provided above will be restated on the invoices.

Pricing
​
The $60 payment includes the fee for one delegate to attend VicMUN 2026, as well as a buffet-style catered lunch. Lunch will also include pizza, various snacks, and drink options.

Note that the delegate fees are nonrefundable.

Country Assignments​
​
Committee and country assignments will be released in three rounds. While we cannot guarantee your preferred committee or country choice, registering early will increase your chances in receiving your desired assignment.​
